Property prices are almost constantly rising along with the cost of living while wages have been stagnating. House ownership is becoming more and more of a\u00a0<strong>distant dream<\/strong>, especially for the\u00a0<strong>blue and white collar workers<\/strong>.<\/p><p>That is not completely true though, in recognition of this problem, some\u00a0<strong>government sectors<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>financial institutions<\/strong>\u00a0have come up with\u00a0<strong>initiatives<\/strong>\u00a0to make\u00a0<strong>home ownership more affordable<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>accessible<\/strong>.<\/p><p>From\u00a0<em>affordable housing<\/em>\u00a0to\u00a0<em>flexible payment schemes<\/em>, there are a number of ways you can<strong>\u00a0become a homeowner without breaking the bank<\/strong>\u00a0or saving up for 20 years.
