The official opening of IBPO Coffee was officiated through a ribbon-cutting ceremony by IBPO Group Berhad, Founder & Group Managing Director, Andy Lim, accompanied by the Head of Operations, Anika Koh and the Head of Marketing, Branding & Communications, Calvin Pang.

Ask ANIKA Chatbot Kiosk
Now, customers can easily check their bank loan eligibility, potential monthly savings, financial health score, and receive personalised financial solutions based on their individual needs through ANIKA – the first AI-powered virtual financial consultant chatbot in Malaysia.
Developed by IBPO, ANIKA’s Kiosk is located conveniently within the cafe, where customers can grab freshly ground coffee while gaining insights into their finances. ANIKA also enable customers to schedule appointment with IBPO’s financial consultants at the time most convenient to them.
