Founder and Group Managing Director
Andy Lim is the founder and Group Managing Director of IBPO which was established in 2017. His unwavering persistence and energy molded a dynamic team that has propelled the company’s growth from scratch to over 100 employees today.
Starting as a cold call sales person for banking products at one of the biggest telemarketing agencies, Symphony BPO Solutions and became the top performer out of 1,000 telemarketers.
Three years later, he stepped into a more challenging career in the mortgage industry as a mortgage banker at Standard Chartered Bank. Driven with the desire to succeed, Andy excels in his forte with focused objectives, and achieved multiple breathtaking records as nationwide top 10 banker during his tenure at this global bank.
Andy has been building value-based financial advisory plans integrating debt restructuring, insurance, investment strategies and business consultancy to help his clients to improve their wealth.
In 2018, with exemplary leadership, the company was awarded as one of the “Fast Moving Companies” at the SME 100 Awards while Andy was named as one of Malaysia’s “100 Most Influential Young Entrepreneurs.”
In 2020, Andy received recognition as one of the Top 10 New Generation Malaysian Businessmen to Watch by Top 10 Malaysia. The same year, he was invited as a guest speaker on popular radio channel AiFM’s morning programme.

His achievements stand as a testament to his dedication and insight. He holds the title of a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and has been an integral part of the Management Committee for both the Malaysia Insurance & Takaful Association and the Malaysia Motor Insurance Pool (MMIP). His stewardship led a company to the accolade of Malaysia General Insurance Company of The Year in 2012.
In his current engagement with IBPO, he serves as the Principal Consultant of PROC Advisory and the Business Development Advisor. Upon IBPO Group’s establishment, Jason joined the team as a consultant before being promoted to Head Consultant. He focuses his expertise in advisory, planning, as well as client analysis. Jason plays a pivotal role in the company by offering clients guidance on specific areas including bank loan applications, taxes, investments and insurance decisions.
Aside from managing IBPO’s team of consultants, Jason also provides training for fresh consultants and telemarketers as a value-added bonus for the company.

With over 7 years of experience in the legal industry, Chee Teck Yeong has a wide range of experience in corporate advisory, capital raising, business structuring, joint ventures, merger and acquisition, licensing, contract review, and drafting and regulatory compliance. At IBPO Group Berhad, he ensures that the contracts and documents executed and transactions entered adequately protect IBPO's rights and interests. Constantly adding value on operational issues and best business practices from commercial and legal perspectives, he seeks to strike a balance between commercial realities and compliance with regulatory requirements in promoting business and growth of IBPO Group Berhad.
Chee is also responsible to ensure that IBPO Group Berhad complies with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards. He regularly assesses IBPO’s operations to identify legal and regulatory risks, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks. In addition to that, Chee also develops and reviews various standard operating procedures/internal policies (AMLA, business ethics, personal data protection, anti-bribery and many others). He also regularly audits such procedures, internal policies and practices to identify possible weaknesses or risks and create effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and internal compliance violations.

She is proficient in the implementation of ISO 10002: Complaint Management Handling certification covering the design of customer complaint handlings systems and frameworks, data management processes and developing continuous improvement projects.
At IBPO, Dee's role plays a critical role in driving paradigm shifts to ensure the co-existence effort between humans and technologies, delivering a best in class experience for our customers. Her efforts include designing data management strategies, building loyalty programmes and hyper-personalised service techniques.
