Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate sales calls in accordance with established quality standards, including Chinese-language calls (covering all IBPO products, including SME loans)

• Ensure agents adhere to scripts, compliance requirements, and proper call handling procedures

• Perform QA scoring based on predefined SOPs and compliance guidelines

• Provide clear, structured, and constructive feedback to agents to improve performance

• Conduct coaching sessions focusing on both compliance and sales techniques

• Identify performance trends, gaps, and areas for improvement through data analysis

• Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and Trainers to enhance overall team quality and productivity

• Coordinate and facilitate call calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency across languages

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality enhancement strategies

• Managing documentation, review cases & organize files.

• Tracking and monitoring the document collection process.

• Regularly update reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

• Liaising & maintaining relationship with property valuers for market value checking purposes.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and complete submissions.

• Resolve issues and identify process improvements.

• Strong creative and visual design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.

• Hands-on experience or knowledge in video shooting, photography, and editing.

• Familiarity with digital content trends and major social media platforms.

• Ability to create basic animations is a plus.

• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written (additional languages are a bonus).

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
