Training Program Details
Duration: 15-day On-the-Job Training (3+ weeks)
Trainee Allowance: RM1,200

Job Description:
Managing documentation, review cases & organize files.
Tracking and monitoring the document collection process.
Regularly update reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Liaising & maintaining relationship with property valuers for market value checking purposes.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and complete submissions.
Resolve issues and identify process improvements.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Bussiness Administration or any related field.
Final Year Student with at least 4-6 months internship period.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Positive and pro-active attitude towards work.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating marketing materials such as posters, social media graphics, videos, infographics, and other creative assets.
Support marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and event promotions through impactful visual content.
Participate in video shooting, photography, and editing for internal and external content.
Prepare engaging visuals and support the creation of promotional and presentation materials.
Help manage and update content across social media platforms and other communication channels.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree student only (final-year, last-semester internship) pursuing Multimedia, Creative Arts, Film/Video Production, or related fields.
Strong creative and visual design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
Hands-on experience or knowledge in video shooting, photography, and editing.
Familiarity with digital content trends and major social media platforms.
Ability to create basic animations is a plus.
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written (additional languages are a bonus).
Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
