Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads and databases.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches according to the sales campaign assignment.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales (preferably B2B or B2C).
- Passion for sales with a strong background in telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s loan refinancing solutions and work with referral partners to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct financial assessments using AI financial tools and provide personalized solutions based on customers’ financial status and risk tolerance.
- Ensure all interactions and transactions comply with the company’s policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in a related or non-related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in bank sales, preferably in mortgage or personal loans.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with a strong focus on client needs.
- Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage, along with English and/or Bahasa Melayu.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, evaluate, and/or audit calls related to banking products.
- Provide coaching and support to Financial Telesales staff to improve performance.
- Participate in calibration sessions and call listening sessions with the QA Department, Call Centre, and Operations teams to ensure consistency in call quality and alignment.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field is an advantage, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts in quality assurance.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and Malay.
