Financial Talk on Home Refinancing with Tokio Marine Insurans (Malaysia)
02 April 2026 – IBPO Group Berhad successfully conducted a one-hour interactive online financial talk in collaboration with Tokio Marine Insurans (Malaysia) for their insurance agents for a practical and engaging discussion on home refinancing.

The session, “Unlock Financial Opportunities with Refinancing”, gave participants a practical look into how refinancing works and how it can be applied in their own financial journey.

Speaker for session was led by Noordalina “Dee” Daut, Head of Customer Experience at IBPO. With her experience as a certified coach by HSBC Global, a certified “Train the Trainer” by NIOSH, and an ISO 10002-certified professional in Complaint Management Handling, Dee broke down key concepts into simple, relatable insights while keeping the discussion interactive.
The session received very positive feedback, with Tokio Marine Insurans (Malaysia) sharing:
“(It was a) fruitful session. The feedback that we received has been very positive, especially on retirement planning, calculations, and the knowledge shared on refinancing.”
