IBPO Academy in Support of Women’s Financial Wellness with BASF Malaysia

21 May 2025 – It was an exciting opportunity for IBPO Academy to show support for women’s financial wellness through a collaboration with Women in BASF (WiB) Malaysia.

The Financial Wellness Webinar was a success, drawing strong participation from over 330 BASF employees.

The 1.5-hour session focused on raising awareness about personal financial health in Malaysia and provided practical knowledge to help individuals take control of their finances.

Leading the webinar was Noordalina ‘Dee’ Daut, Head of Customer Experience at IBPO Group Berhad. Dee is a certified coach by HSBC Global, a certified ‘Train the Trainer’ by NIOSH, and holds an ISO 10002 certification in Complaint Management Handling.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Dee is passionate about sharing her expertise and empowering individuals to improve their financial wellbeing through practical knowledge and actionable insights.

“This was really a great session and easily explained. I really want to sincerely thank you, Dee, for the amazing presentation, invaluable expertise, and engaging delivery. Your insights on this financial health at the beginning is very surprising for me when you presented the statistics and it shows even more how important retirement planning even though we are all young and avoid financial pitfalls. Thanks for making this session a success”, said Mark Bueltel-Herz, BASF Asia-Pacific Service Centre Sdn. Bhd.

This initiative is part of IBPO Academy’s ongoing efforts to make financial literacy more accessible to Malaysians through simple, practical, and engaging learning sessions.
