Easier eKYC Process
The all-new ANIKA Kiosk is now equipped with a MyKad and thumbprint scanner, making the eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer) process faster, more secure, and hassle-free. Unlike the previous version, which relied on facial recognition, this upgraded method allows for a more accurate identity verification using your MyKad and biometric thumbprint.
Just insert your MyKad, scan your thumb, and you’re good to go – no camera adjustments or lighting issues to worry about!
eKYC is a digital process for verifying your identity. Regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia, it’s commonly used by banks, financial institutions, fintech and insurance companies to confirm the identity of a customer.
